Hauptklärwerk Mühlhausen (Stuttgart)

The new building serves as a visitor centre for the main sewage plant in Stuttgart - Mühlhausen. The public access and reception area is reached via the footpath and cycle path on the Neckardamm. The display areas and training rooms, together with a showcase laboratory, are located on level 1; a workshop, along with meeting rooms and administration offices can be found on level 0.

A general plant room can be found on level 0. The supply of power and light is controlled from this room through a light and power cabinet, along with the security lighting, fire alarm system and data networks.

The fire control room, a model of the sewage works, training rooms, a showcase laboratory and staff rooms can be found on level 1.
