1. Controller, principles, intended purpose

All the personal data that we obtain are stored and processed in compliance with the pertinent data protection regulations, in particular the EU General Data Protection Act (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telemedia Act (TMG). The controller within the meaning of data protection laws and the service provider within the meaning of the Telemedia Act is:

Eproplan GmbH Beratende Ingenieure

Fax +49 (0) 711-76 988-51
info@eproplan.de

Please send applications exclusively to: bewerbung@eproplan.de Applications to other e-mail addresses will be deleted unread for data protection reasons.

Personal data will be processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a), (b) and (f) GDPR and section 15 TMG.

If the contact form is used, all information is provided voluntarily. However, at least one means of communication should be specified so that the desired measure can be implemented. You can, of course, provide further details on a voluntary basis.

Your personal data will be used and stored for the performance of the contract agreed with you or for the implementation of the measures you request (e.g. the preparation of a quotation, response to a contact enquiry) and for advertising purposes (please see also number 2). As soon as the personal data are no longer required for the achievement of the purpose, and if there are no other grounds under GDPR for them to be retained, they will be erased. If statutory duties of retention exist, the data will be blocked until the retention period has expired, after which they will be erased.

2. Advertising measures, especially email newsletters

You can at any time object in writing, by fax, by email or by telephone - with effect for the future - to the use of your personal data for advertising purposes, or withdraw any consent given to us previously.

This applies in particular for email newsletters, such as those containing information about our services. We will only send you email newsletters if you have consented to the use of your data for this purpose. You can unsubscribe from an email newsletter at any time with effect for the future either by clicking on the relevant link contained in every email newsletter or by contacting us using the contact details provided.

3. Forwarding of data to third parties

No personal data will be forwarded to third parties.

4. Rights of data subjects

Under certain circumstances you have the right to receive information from us free of charge about the data held concerning you, to have incorrect data rectified, to demand erasure or the restriction of processing and to demand the portability of your personal data. You can object to the use of your data at any time with effect for the future. In many cases, however, statutory duties of retention prevent us from erasing user data entirely. We would also like to advise you of your right to lodge a complaint with the Baden-Württemberg data protection and freedom of information commissioner.

If you have any questions regarding the processing of personal data, please contact our data protection officer:

email:  datenschutzbeauftragter@eproplan.de

5. Use of cookies

We use cookies on various pages to enable you to move around the website and use its functions. Without these cookies we are unable to provide certain services you have requested (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

Cookies are small text files that are placed in your computer. Most of the cookies we use are deleted from your hard disk at the end of the browser session. These are known as session cookies. Of course, you can also opt to view our website without cookies. Most browsers accept cookies automatically.

You can at any time withdraw consent given to us previously or object to the processing of your data. The simplest way of doing this is to prevent cookies being stored on your hard disk by ticking the option to block all cookies in your browser settings. In this case, however, you may not be able to make full use of all the functions of our website.

6. Logs

When you access our site, the access data are stored on the server. These data include, for instance, the type and version of your browser, the operating system used, the previous web page visited, the access date and time of the server request and the file request of the client (file name and URL). We use these data in anonymised form for statistical analyses, but they do not allow the individual user to be identified.
